Description

From January to March, ASW Volunteer Team held health seminars with the Hong Kong Society for Rehabilitation on several topics covering nutrition, healthy diet, diabetes and obesity. Volunteers played games and had fitness exercises with participants and shared with them some health tips in a relaxing way.
