AS Watson Group collaborated with Tin Ka Ping Secondary School in Hong Kong to roll out the Life Buddies Mentoring Scheme, supporting young people to develop their career vision and better equip them for the future challenges ahead. A mentoring team formed by colleagues across different departments organised a series of job-tasting activities to help students broaden their horizons, from sustainability, to social media marketing, interview skill and event management.
