Watson sponsor 333 Learning Companion Leadership Programme under the Foundation, to improve the academic performance of underprivileged children in Hong Kong, promote positive emotional and psychological development and reshape their attitudes. The Programme help them become self-motivated learners through an award scheme, which aims to inspire them into young leaders of the future.
